ABSTRACT

Throughout this book, we have examined the importance of putting users at the cen ter of the design process. Equally important is the issue of identifying the correct users with whom to work. In Chapters 10 and 11 we looked at the specific detailed issues of working with users and the particular issues involved when working with users who would not typically be included in a user study for a “mainstream” prod uct, but who do need to be involved when designing for accessibility.
