ABSTRACT
Sending overflow calls from a center in say, Chicago to another cen ter in Salt Lake City sounds very sophisticated and cutting edge. It is. But the same amount of sophistication and cutting edge technology — or more — is required to send overflow calls from one end of a metropoli tan area to the other.
