ABSTRACT
A b s t r a c t The two-point w o r k a b i l i t y t e s t , described i n 1973, has been developed so that i t can cover almost the whole range of p r a c t i c a l w o r k a b i l i t i e s and t h e o r e t i c a l background has been provided. Many workers have used i t to i n v e s t i g a t e f a c t o r s a f f e c t i n g w o r k a b i l i t y and i t has been a p p l i e d i n s t u d i e s of p r a c t i c a l processes i n c l u d i n g a p p l i c a t i o n of v i b r a t i o n * I t has a l s o been shown to have considerable p o t e n t i a l f o r q u a l i t y c o n t r o l .
