ABSTRACT
This paper deals with the problems faced in gathering and analyzing of large amount of topic-specific scientific information for enterprises, governments or militaries. We propose a framework for efficient use of collected papers and dynamically monitoring the changes occurred in the specific-topic. A composite index is built for ranking the collected scientific papers with objective and authority criteria. The index can be automatically updated according to computer collected parameters for their changes or for the user demand. An assisted module for detecting the changes are discussed. Initial test show that our prototype is promising, and has potential value in many information gathering and retrieval application prospects.
