ABSTRACT
Experimental and numerical collapse pressures for four externallypressurised 0.8m dia. steel tori spheres are given in the paper. The numerical predictions were obtained using the B0S0R5 (axisymmetric 1-D analysis) and ABAQUS (2-D analysis) programs.
