ABSTRACT
I t was assumed that, due to the higher s o l u b i l i t y of the hemihydrate as compared with the anhydrite, there were unequal sulphate amounts c l e a r l y present i n the mixing water. The available sulphate was thus varied for a l l c l i n k e r s from a sulphate deficiency to a sulphate excess.
