ABSTRACT
If the Web existed today as it did when Tim Berners-Lee first created it, accessibility would likely be nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Browsers at that time were strictly text-based, keyboard configurable, and highly usable by the blind community. Content was very accessible because little in the way of graphics was available.
