ABSTRACT
An accident is an unplanned and undesired event; every year, thousands of lives are lost due to work-related injuries. For example, in 2007, in the United States, 5488 workers died from job-related injuries and about four million workers suffered from nonfatal work-related injuries or illnesses [1,2].
