Organotin stabilizers that contain sulfur moieties 77, 78 and their transformation products, such as disulfide 243, and various S-oxidation products that thermolyze into sulfinic acid 244 having peroxidolytic properties (38), and phosphites, such as alkyl diaryl phosphite 41 or bisphosphite 42, function in PVC as hydroperoxide-decomposing antioxidants.
