Communications servers (also called PC PBX or CTserver or UnPBX) are more than PC-based alternatives to key systems and small PBXs.
Comms servers provide lots of call handling in one box. In addi tion to basic dial tone, comms servers can integrate PBX-style fea tures, computer telephony functions, and run everything along side data over a PC network.
