ABSTRACT

As far as reps go, it’s not hard at all to see why they are so hard to hire and keep. Frankly, in most cases the job leads nowhere. It’s notoriously low paying, and has little chance (in the US) of becoming more than a way for entrylevel or transient workers to pick up basic technological and customer contact skills.
