ABSTRACT
A good approach to managing the installation o f a group-oriented video communication system is to set an installation date and work backwards to determine the project timeline. The next step is to expand the project plan through the inclusion of tasks (and task owners), deadlines, milestones, and critical success factors. Discussion o f project management tools and methodologies transcends the scope of this book. Moreover, a Project Manager tends to use that with which he is familiar, and that which his organization endorses and provides.
