ABSTRACT

One way of achieving this is the use of the initiative developed by the Terrence Higgins Trust called Positive Management. This training package is the result of a research venture undertaken by the Terrence Higgins Trust and includes a video which raises many important HIV/AIDS related dilemmas managers are likely to encounter in the workplace. A training manual accompanies the video and gives full details on how to run interactive training options while the information pack contains briefing notes aimed to be an aid to policy makers. Use of this excellent training aid is cost effective and straightforward to implement, and is validated by the results of the CAER research.
