ABSTRACT
Continual improvement is mandatory for any organization to survive in a competitive environment. If there is a slight stagnation, others shall overtake, just like a tortoise overtaking the hare. It shall be too late when we realize that someone has overtaken us. All quality management systems insist on continual improvement.
