ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the aim to irrigate ocular contaminants in an emergency setting and to assess and interpret ocular-surface pH in this context. It provides the background and a list of equipment for performing irrigation and debridement of ocular contaminants. The chapter presents the methods of undertaking practical procedures of debriding ocular contaminants.
