ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the clinical context of the lateral canthotomy and cantholysis. It aims to release the lateral canthal tendon to relieve intra-orbital pressure in retrobulbar haemorrhage. The chapter provides a list of equipment for lateral canthotomy and cantholysis. It presents step-by-step process of the consent and the anatomical landmarks.
