ABSTRACT

INSTRUCTIONS: Mr Eastwood has been brought into hospital by ambulance complaining of left sided chest pain at rest. He is a known angina sufferer with 2 previous hospital admissions. He is also hypertensive. He mentions that the pain radiates to his left arm and is ‘like my angina pain’. He is still in pain as you assess him (despite two puffs GTN) two hours after onset. Obs are stable and there is nothing to fi nd on examination. An ECG shows ST-depression in leads V2, V3, V4 and V5. He has no drug allergies. Complete the inpatient drug chart and administer appropriate acute

treatment. There is no patient in this scenario.
