ABSTRACT
INSTRUCTIONS: You are Ms Freutz Fitzgerald’s GP. She had a total hip replacement operation following a fall 2 weeks ago and has been discharged home. Despite taking tramadol 100mg four times a day she is still in severe pain and is unable to carry out her daily activities. Having assessed her you decide to prescribe morphine 5mg six times a day for two weeks. Please fi ll out the appropriate prescription using information from the enclosed outpatient letter.
