ABSTRACT
INSTRUCTIONS: Mr Henries presents to you suffering with episodes of haematemesis, epigastric pain and three episodes of melaena. He is still feeling nauseous. He is apyrexic with a pulse of 115 bpm and his blood pressure is 90/50. On examination he is tender over the epigastrium and melaena was noted on PR. He is allergic to Amoxicillin. His repeat prescription is provided. Complete his inpatient drug chart using information from the repeat prescription provided and administer
appropriate acute treatment. There is no patient in this scenario.
