ABSTRACT
INSTRUCTIONS: Mr Banbury has been brought into hospital by ambulance complaining of shortness of breath. He is a known asthmatic with 3 previous hospital admissions and 1 admission to ITU. He is having diffi culty in completing sentences when speaking. His oxygen saturation is 90% in air and pulse rate 120 regular. A polyphonic wheeze is apparent throughout the chest. He is allergic to eggs. Complete the inpatient drug chart using information from the repeat prescription provided
and administer appropriate acute treatment. There is no patient in this scenario.
