ABSTRACT
INSTRUCTIONS: Mrs Beatty has been brought into hospital by ambulance complaining of shortness of breath. She suffers from hypertension and back pain. On examination she has a raised JVP and wide spread bilateral crackles in her chest. She is allergic to codeine. Her repeat prescription is provided. Complete her inpatient drug chart and administer appropriate acute treatment. There is
