ABSTRACT
Sometimes, when dealing with the planning and man-
aging of a blasting project, one has to give an answer
to a decisive question: what is the PPV limit and spec-
ification that should be used to evaluate and assess the
blast vibration monitoring data? In addition, how and
to what extent should someone interfere in the blast
planning and the adoption of its design parameters?
