ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Much literature claims that SMEs face greater problems in relation to IT adaptation than larger companies. This paper demonstrates another tendency, namely that company size does not matter when it comes to being able to utilize IT in order to manage the quality of business data. More specifically, the paper presents a questionnaire survey of Danish manufacturing companies, which shows that small, medium-sized and large companies experience a similar level of problems in relation to the use of IT for data management.
