ABSTRACT
The results are summarized as follows: • PWAs cleaned with 5.0 minutes wash and 2.5 minutes rinse had average ionic
cleanliness level of 0.27 micrograms per square inch, far below the JPL maximum acceptable ionic cleanliness level of 10 micrograms per square inch. This result is much lower than that obtained by the older cleaner. (See Tables 1 and 4).
