ABSTRACT
In the past, the instrumentation communication has been limited by the connections with wires between the sensor element and Data Acquisition System (DAQ) and control. This limitation also occurs because the communication is carried out by manufacturer’s protocols, which implies high costs. These systems are becoming more interesting due to the decrease or elimination of the use of cables, also minimizing the costs (Fuhr 2001).
