ABSTRACT
Miniaturized thermoelectric devices came into existence as high-performance Peltier coolers designed for cooling power densities >100 W/cm2 [1]. še intended main application was the temperature control of upcoming new generations of microprocessor units (MPUs) which should dissipate heat up to some 100 W/cm2 under operation.
