ABSTRACT
Modeling for analysis is required in order to determine the internal bending moments and forces, the deformations, and the vibrations of bridge decks. A bridge analysis model should be based on the following criteria:
• It should reflect the structural response in terms of deformation, strength, and local and global stability.
