This chapter summarizes trends discussed throughout the book and points out directions for the future.
There’s an old saying that it’s difficult to make predictions, especially about the future. In fact, this saying is so popular that it’s been attributed to everyone from former Mets baseball team manager Yogi Berra to quantum physicist Neils Bohr (each of whom had excellent reasons for having said it).
