ABSTRACT
When it comes to doing household work, such as changing a light bulb or fixing a running tap, I can be considered inefficient and unskillful. Please do not get me wrong. It is not that I do not want to do it. Or, perhaps I do not want to do it. Being unskillful, lazy, and uninterested in these activities forces me to hire skillful/interested labor to execute this work on my behalf. Sometimes when you get these people on board, your life can become “interesting.” You have to:
1. Monitor their work from a quality/time perspective. 2. Ensure that they are not making a fool out of you by fixing problems
that were never there. 3. Make sure that you are not being overcharged.
