ABSTRACT
Using an approach similar to Chapter 13, we examine consumer, economic, and community issues and the degree to which organic farming and food systems help solve current problems. In general, however, fewer studies have been conducted on these themes compared to environmental ones and often less definitive conclusions can be drawn.
