ABSTRACT

Say what you believe and act on what you say, practicing authenticity and integrity.

Randall L. Englund Acting on what you say is not always a common practice in our business world. Every time I deliver a project management workshop or seminar I always promise to send the students some examples of the practical exercises we did in the class, and I do it. As my best friend and coauthor Randall L. Englund says, the complete project manager needs to practice authenticity and integrity. Authenticity is to say “what you believe,” and integrity is to “act on what you say.”
