ABSTRACT
Besides ACF conferral of specificity to APOBEC 1, several other proteins regulate apoB mRNA
editing activity by multiple protein-protein and/or protein-RNA interactions. They contain RNA binding domains of the RRM or KH types suggesting an RNA binding role while others could play a role of cochaperone in the assembly of the editosome (Fig. 4A).
