ABSTRACT
Most o f the data collections listed above are mere lists o f parts. A comprehensive resource for DNA repair processes, their components, damaged DNA and related literature is missing. To address this problem, we have developed the REPAIRtoire database to fill this gap (https:// repairtoire.genesilico.pl). It covers various aspects o f DNA repair, including proteins, genes, entire pathways and damages, all o f them linked to external data sources. An expert-curated collection of links to literature is also provided.
