ABSTRACT
Rhinoslceroma or respiratory scleroma is a granulomatous infectious disease which has a chronic and progressive course and is caused by Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis. The most common site of involvement is the nasal mucosa, but it can affect all the areas of the respiratory tract and can involve any organ.
