ABSTRACT
The main scope of this chapter is to overview the recent developments in the electrochemical ozone production, especially in novel anode electrodes coated by nanocomposite materials. But before that briely, the importance of ozonation process in the wastewater treatment process is expressed, and the oxidation mechanism of ozone molecules operation in the aqueous media is stated. Thereafter, among the different ozone production methods, the electrochemical process will be discussed in detail. The role of novel anode electrodes
coated with nanocomposite of Sn-Sb-Ni in the enhancement of ozone production eficiency has been reviewed.
