Figure 18.3. Intracoronary flow mapping of an LAD 3 years after transplantation in a patient with IVUS-detected plaque formation. Intracoronary Doppler shows a decreased coronary flow reserve (CFR) in the corresponding vessel of 1.5 after intracoronary administration of 18 pg adenosine. Myocardial bridging also exists in the LAD of the patient. A typical 'no systolic antegrade flow' phenomenon is also demonstrated. Values given as cm/s except the ratio CFR from peak to baseline velocity.
