ABSTRACT
Morphological observations Coronary angiography is usually unable to detect the effect of coronary interventions on the vessel wall. The authors compared a group of patients who underwent PTCA and HFRA using intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) with those who underwent angiography and found that patients with HFRA only seldom have intimal dissection.
