Body ContouringThis chapter covers body contouring procedures, or reshaping of the body. Liposuction was the top cosmetic surgery reported for men in 2004 by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the fourth most popular surgical procedure for men in 2004 by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Liposuction (lipoplasty) is one of the primary surgical procedures covered in this chapter; also included are surgeries such as tummy tucks (abdominoplasty), buttock augmentation, and calf implants.
