ABSTRACT
Impingement on the cord may be constant (static) or may worsen with changes in head/neck position (dynamic). Sites most commonly affected are C3C5 for dynamic compression and C5-C7 for static compression, although generalized narrowing of the canal is usually present regardless of the actual lesion location.
