ABSTRACT
Mary Christian receives complaints from friends and close relatives that she has been very distant lately and that she has isolated herself from everyone. They initially think that Mary is depressed, possibly due to personal unresolved issues or problems with her husband. When they confront her with this, Mary reacts angrily and intensely, eventually demanding that they leave her alone because she thinks that they do not care about her any more.
