ABSTRACT
Mr David Gordon is 80 years old and suffers from Alzheimer’s and cardiovascular disease, both of which are chronic conditions. He visits a local GP clinic in order to undergo routine check-ups and to monitor his conditions. While he was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, he has suffered from cardiovascular disease since he was 62 years old. David is a talkative type of person and while at the GP clinic he begins a conversation with the nurses on call, Mrs Hannah Stevenson and Mrs Adele Kevin, with whom David has developed a close relationship.
