ABSTRACT
Alex I think it’s the enormous amount of work we have and the relatively short amount of time we have to do it in. Th e day job has really intensifi ed over the last few years and is not showing any signs of letting up. Our workload has been compressed. We constantly fi nd ourselves running late . . . running behind and that takes its toll. It’s a much more intense day than it used to be. We’re all feeling that burnout might be around the corner.
