ABSTRACT
The previous chapter discussed how to prepare two important elements necessary for effective software package evaluation: the features list and product demonstration scenarios. It also included tips on how to identify prospective software package vendors. This chapter focuses on two important and related topics in software selection that will ultimately lead to software package evaluation and selection.
