ABSTRACT
The development of the monitoring technique and the monitoring device described in this book resulted from studying the presence of lead and copper in drinking water. The lead and copper issue is addressed under a section of the national primary drinking water regulations titled, “Control of Lead and Copper,” also known as “the Lead and Copper Rule” (Code of Federal Regulations, Part 141 Subpart I).
