ABSTRACT
Together, these domains of QOL characterize or describe what the patient has experienced as the result of medical care. Measures of QOL may thus serve as useful and important adjuncts to more tradi tional measures of health status (i.e, physiological, biological, behav ioral). However, unlike these more traditional measures of health sta tus, there are currently no standard measures of QOL.
