ABSTRACT
Group dynamics focuses on human behavior in the group and is one of the most important research fields in social science. The study of group dynamics was started by Kurt Lewin in the United States in the 1930s. Since then, many scientific analyses of the relationships between groups and social conflicts, personal relationships, leadership, etc., have been done as various problems in organizations and groups have occurred. Practical research conducted in real society has been integral to group dynamics.
