ABSTRACT
As observed with liquid-phase micro reactions, a diverse array of reactors has been reported for the performance of heterogeneous ow reactions, ranging from in-house fabricated devices to commercially available equipment. The aim of this chapter is to describe a selection of chemical examples, which serve to illustrate the types of reactions accessible through the incorporation of chemical/biochemical catalysts, reagents, and scavengers within such devices.
