ABSTRACT

In today’s industry and business sectors, few occupations can afford the luxury of wearing a single hat when it comes to work-related responsibilities. With the downsizing, rightsizing, and outsourcing movements in recent years, most employees are required to wear multiple hats of specialization. For example, it is not unusual for employees to have portions of a downsized employee’s workload placed on their responsibility list. In fact, in some severe situations, employees can find themselves doing the entire workload of an another employee or former employee.
