ABSTRACT
Researches in the ‰eld of molecular biology and genetics have increased dramatically in recent decade. Much of the efforts in those areas are dedicated to developing ef‰cient ways of preparing biological samples for a particular analysis. In general, sample preparation consists of transportation, separation, cell lysis, puri‰cation, and detection processes used for targeted sample analysis.
