ABSTRACT
Let’s take the image of the project leadership pyramid. The first thing we see on our project journey is the tip of the pyramid (i.e., project vision). We have an idea of what the eventual results should look like, the project objectives, but we cannot see them yet. We need to know how to get from vision down to project results (Figure 4.1).
